I'm New - Planning a Visit

Your first visit to Trinity Baptist will be friendly, refreshing, and hope-filled. We look forward to sharing inspiring music, Biblical teaching and preaching, and genuine conversations in a place where you will feel welcome and encouraged. We are a church family of all ages and stages of life, most attending from throughout the north-Indianapolis/Hamilton county area.

Service Times:

Sunday Morning: 10:00 AM (Nursery, Young Children's Ministries, Worship Service)

Sunday Evening: 5:00 PM (Nursery, Children's Ministries, Youth Group, Adult Teaching)

Wednesday: 7:00 PM (Nursery, Children's Ministries, Youth Group, Adult Growth Groups)

What happens before the service?

Our hospitality team includes ready parking attendants, greeters, and ushers to help you along the way. You'll never feel alone or isolated as you navigate the building. It is our pleasure to welcome and connect you with resources you might need as you make yourself at home.

What are worship services like?

Our Sunday morning and evening worship services are each unique. The morning services center around collective worship with practical application. You will find our evening service is designed around the church family. It includes more information about what God is doing in the church, and a deeper time of personal application.

The study of God's Word is central to our worship services. As we prepare to study together, we take time to sing, pray, and hear testimonies. Music includes doctrinally rich songs: inspiring choir music, congregational singing, and special vocal solos or ensembles.

In between morning services, we have a fellowship time with light refreshments, allowing us time to connect with you.

What is available for my children?

During church services, there are classes available for various age groups from infant nurseries through grade school. These classes have times of instruction, play, review, and fellowship. Our goal is to provide a safe environment for your children that allow you to focus on worship. Each class is led by a qualified teacher and assistant who have passed all necessary background checks. Each week the church building is full of children excited to learn and grow.

What should I wear?

Our ministry leaders typically dress in more of a professional business attire; however, the majority of our attenders wear casual or business casual attire. Ultimately, our main goal is that we present our best in giving God our heart.

What do I need to bring?

The majority of our members bring a physical copy of the Bible, coffee/tea/water, and a heart ready to hear God's Word. You may also prefer to bring a notepad and pen or pencil for taking notes.

How do I get connected at Trinity Baptist?

As adults, we face pressures based on our age, stage of life, gender, and profession. Our church recognizes the need for all adults to experience substantial relationships with the Lord and each other. Typically, all adults worship together throughout the year so we can glean wisdom from each other. At various times, we assemble in subgroups to exhort one another in specific ways.

  • Coffee fellowship: before the Morning Worship Service
  • Growth Groups: Wednesday evening (7PM): accountability & personalization of Sunday's sermon
  • Care Groups: families grouped according to Deacon (meet 4-5 times annually)
  • Wednesday fellowship meals: 1st and 3rd Wednesday each month
  • Young Adults: (ages 18-23) - summer breakout studies, athletic events & excursions
  • Trinity Gold: (retirees) - monthly meals, community service, day trips & local activities
  • Ladies Bible Study: Thursdays AM & PM
  • Men's Bible Study: Thursdays early AM & late AM
  • Bible Doctrines Study Group: Thursdays
  • Various mens and ladies activities
